INGREDIENTS
  • 18 Ounces brownie mix 
  • ½ Cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 Cup pumpkin puree 
  • 6 Ounces cream cheese 
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla

    PREPARATION 

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F and spray an 8×8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
    2. In a medium bowl, prepare brownie mix according to the box directions. Add the chocolate chips to the brownie mix and set aside.
    3. In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin, cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla until very smooth.
    4. Pour half of the brownie mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out so that the entire bottom of the pan is covered.
    5. Pour the pumpkin filling over the brownie batter and spread it evenly, then cover the pumpkin with the remaining brownie batter and smooth the top.
    6. Bake for 50 minutes, set aside, and let the brownies cool before cutting and serving. Enjoy!

    INGREDIENTS

    • 500 g of flour
    • 10 g of salt
    • 20 g sugar
    • 1 Egg
    • 150 g butter
    • 150 ml of water at room temperature
    • Sausages of your choice
    • 1 Beaten egg

      PREPARATION 

      1. Place the flour, salt, sugar, egg, and water in a bowl and mix well.
      2. Add the butter and knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
      3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then on a surface with a little flour, roll it out with a rolling pin forming a rectangle with a thickness of approximately 5mm.
      4. Cut strips 2 cm wide and wrap the sausage, pressing lightly so that there are no spaces. On one edge leave a slight separation so that at the time of decoration you can make eyes (Halloween decoration).
      5. Place your sausage mummies in a baking pan lined with paper for baking and brush them with beaten egg.
      6. Bake at 374°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown, let cool.
      7. With a small piece of cheese and cloves from eyes to look like mummies and amuse the kids on Halloween, serve them with the sauce of your choice. Enjoy!

                  INGREDIENTS
                  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
                  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
                  • 1/2 Large onion
                  • 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
                  • 1 Can (28 ounces) tomatoes
                  • 2 Large ripe tomatoes
                  • 1 ½ Cups vegetable broth or chicken broth
                  • Salt and pepper to taste

                  PREPARATION 

                  1. Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add the onion and garlic, cook for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato and cook with the lid ajar for 5 minutes.
                  2. Add the broth to the pan, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on.
                  3. Remove the pan from the heat. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
                  4. Using a hand blender or blender, puree the soup until smooth. Taste and check seasoning, then serve.
                  5. You can add cilantro or basil when serving.

                  3. Add the oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
                  4. Add the chocolate chips, mix and transfer to the mold. You can add more chocolate chips and almonds on top of the bread as decoration.
                  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the tester comes out almost clean in the middle of the loaf.
                  6. Let cool, cut into portions, and serve.

                  2. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice into a large bowl. Set aside.
                  3. Whisk together the oil, eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and vanilla extract until blended.
                  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
                  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-36 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
                  6. For the frosting: in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix. Pour in the cream, vanilla and beat for 1 minute more until creamy. Chill covered until ready to frost the cake.
                  7. When the cake is completely cool, cover it with the frosting, serve and enjoy!

                  • 30 gm milk (you can use vegan milk)
                  • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
                  • 3 - 5 tbsp date syrup (depending on your sweetness preference)

                  PREPARATION

                  1. Grind the Roasted Hazelnut.
                  2. Mix all the ingredients and pulse it till you get the fine creamy texture.
                  3. Serve it with fresh berries, pretzels or use it as a spread on morning toast. Enjoy!

It is super moist, delicious and also incredibly easy to make. You only need 3 ingredients: 5 overripe bananas, 2 large eggs and one box of yellow cake mix.

                              Do bananas have to be brown in order to make banana bread?

                              The ideal bananas to make banana bread are the ones that are overripe and of a brown/black color. If you happen to only have yellow bananas, here's how to.   

                              3 Ingredient Banana Bread recipe 


                              🔪 Prep Time 15 minutes
                              🍳 Cook Time 1 hour and 5 minutes
                              ⏲ Total time 1 hour and 20 minutes

                              Ingredients

                              • 5 overripe bananas
                              • 2 large eggs
                              • One box of yellow cake mix

                              Preparation

                              1. Mash the overripe bananas with a dough blender or a fork in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with a balloon whisk until you partially see bubbles. Proceed to add the cake mix into the eggs and mix until you get an homogeneous paste. 

                              2. Add the bananas to the homogeneous paste and mix well with a spatula

                              3. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan, previously greased with butter. Put it in the previously heated oven to 350 degrees F, for 50 min or until the banana bread is golden brown. (Check with a fork in the middle to see if it’s fully cooked)

                              4. Let it cool for 10 min and enjoy!

                                1. Peach Bruschetta


                                INGREDIENTS
                                • 3 Large peaches, diced or sliced
                                • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil

                                PREPARATION

                                • Salt and pepper to taste
                                • 1 Cup cream cheese
                                • 8 Slices of sundried tomatoes

                                PREPARATION

                                1. In a food processor, combine basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, salt, pepper and olive oil. Process until everything is well integrated, if necessary add a little more olive oil.
                                2. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of baguette, then add a tablespoon of pesto and top with dried tomato.

                                4. Pour the butter mixture over the salmon.
                                5. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the salmon, add salt and pepper to taste.
                                6. Place the pan in the oven and cook for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
                                7. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley or chives. Serve with lemon slices and enjoy!
