Our warranty ensures that you keep smiling long after you bought your item and we want to keep it that way no matter what.
We’ll be more than happy to replace, or refund the part or item for you if it is defective/damaged upon receipt or after proper use.

However, we also want to make sure you get the right product and not a counterfeit or used one. So we just wanted you to know these points so you know what the warranty covers.
We do not cover unauthorized resellers (any seller other than direct from Zulay Kitchen), so we hope you can support our business and buy directly from us! The warranty covers all purchases sold and shipped by Zulay Kitchen, that includes:

So please check that it is Sold & Shipped by Zulay Kitchen, and not a knock-off seller or a resold item. As long as we’re able to find your Order number in our systems, we got your back.
- Only products purchased in a new condition are covered by the Zulay Warranty. If the item was re-sold, or sold as an “Open box” product or “used” then it is not covered under warranty.
- If you bought it used or refurbished from Amazon Renewed, they have a 90-day warranty on it and you can call them up directly so they can take care of you.
- To prevent potential abuse, we are limiting the replacements to one time. But don’t worry, we’ll still refund you in the off-chance the replacements still don’t work.
- We're USA based so the warranty is applicable for orders/shipments within the US, International claims are subject to individual handling.
- If you received the product as a gift, just email us at support@zulay.net with a photo of the defective item and your address, and the full name of the person who gifted it to you. We will attempt to locate the order for your warranty.
- Zulay Kitchen reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement request.
- Basic wear and tear, or damage due to improper use, is not covered by any of our warranties.
