Someone gave this to me as a gift but when I followed directions the milk come through fine for the latte but the coffee never went in cup. The beans got ground but went into both the waste bin and the dust pan????

Are any of your coffee/espresso machines able to be hooked up to a direct water line or is it only able to have a water tank?

Why did the machine stop working when I tried to make Latte? (Magia Ampro) It just messed up inside with coffee grounds after grinding, but did not brew coffee Loved the machine otherwise, all other coffees where fine until I tried the Latte option.
