Are any of your coffee/espresso machines able to be hooked up to a direct water line or is it only able to have a water tank?
Hello! At the moment, that feature is not available on all of our machines. Please make sure to utilize the water tank accordingly. If you have any other concerns, don't hesitate to reach out.

Why did the machine stop working when I tried to make Latte? (Magia Ampro) It just messed up inside with coffee grounds after grinding, but did not brew coffee Loved the machine otherwise, all other coffees where fine until I tried the Latte option.
