With just a few ingredients and steps you can prepare and enjoy an aphrodisiac combination of mango and lemon in one drink or lemonade.
Simply blend the ingredients and serve it with plenty of ice, you can even transform it into a frappé lemonade by freezing the mango pulp before blending it. Join us to prepare this wonderful recipe, cool off and enjoy all its flavor in summer!
TOTAL PREPARATION TIME: 5 minutes
- 1-1/2 Cup mango pulp
- 1/2 Cup Sugar or honey
- 2 Large lemons
- 2-1/2 Cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves
- Lemon slice
- Squeeze the lemons with your Zulay Kitchen lemon squeezer.
- Add the lemon juice along with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Stir and adjust to taste with more water if necessary or add more freshly squeezed lemon juice if you like it more acidic.
- Pour into glasses with ice and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves, enjoy!
