Ingredients for the Creamy Iced Chocolate Drink
- 4 Ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon hot chocolate powder
- 1-2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Cups milk
- Ice cubes
- Chocolate syrup
- Heavy whipped Cream
PREPARATION
- In a saucepan add the milk, sugar, and chocolate powder mixture, and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate, mix until melted and well incorporated. Let cool.
- Add vanilla, mix, and serve in glasses with ice.
- Place the heavy whipped cream in a mug and froth until perfectly creamy.
- Top your chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. Enjoy!
