Garlic Shrimp Recipe In 3 Steps



Today we bring you the recipe of delicious shrimps cooked with lemon, garlic and parsley, a real delicacy! Enjoy!


INGREDIENTS

  • Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 4 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 Crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 Pound large shrimp, peeled (except tails) and deveined
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION


  1. In a reusable bag or bowl, add the lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, shrimp and mix well. Set aside and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. In a hot frying pan, add the oil, butter and shrimp with the marinade, cook for 2 minutes and turn each shrimp over, cook for 1 minute more, until they are pink.
  3. Add chopped fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
