Potato Salad

Potato Salad - Zulay Kitchen

 

We get different variations of potato salad every single time we eat potato salad, that's how common it is. So we present to you, the OG potato salad, and the only potato salad that you would need.

⏲ Total Time: 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 - 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise of choice
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, for the side

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel the potato with Zulay's Vegetable Peeler.
  2. Cut using the Zulay Kitchen's Chef Knife.
  3. Add the potatoes in the saucepan and add water.
  4. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  5. Reduce the heat in low and simmer the potatoes until simmer and tender.
  6. Drain and cool slightly.
  7. Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper in a large bowl.
  8. Add the potatoes, celery, onion, and eggs.
  9. Mix Well.
  10. Serve Chilled at room temperature. Enjoy!
