- Ground Almonds/Almond flour
- Baking Powder
- 1 egg
- A little bit of butter
- Put a little bit of butter in the microwave to melt. You don’t need that much as this is just greasing the bowl.
- Put 3 tablespoons of Almond flour into the bowl.
- Put 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder into the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients
- Crack 1 egg into the bowl.
- Mix until there is no lumps in the batter and scrape the bowl.
- Microwave for 90 seconds
- Take out of microwave, flip the side of the bread and microwave for another 30 seconds.
