Keto Bread in 90 Seconds - Zulay Kitchen



Are you in Keto but you love Bread! Today we have a recipe for you. 


  • Ground Almonds/Almond flour
  • Baking Powder
  • 1 egg
  • A little bit of butter


  • Put a little bit of butter in the microwave to melt. You don’t need that much as this is just greasing the bowl.
  • Put 3 tablespoons of Almond flour into the bowl.
  • Put 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder into the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients
  • Crack 1 egg into the bowl.
  • Mix until there is no lumps in the batter and scrape the bowl.
  • Microwave for 90 seconds
  • Take out of microwave, flip the side of the bread and microwave for another 30 seconds. 

And there you go! your own Keto Bread is finished!
