
Ingredients To Make Pizza Dough At Home

5 cups all purpose flour
-
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

1 1/2 tsp sea salt
-
2 1/4 cups COLD water





How to Make Pizza Dough
-
Pour the 5 cups of all purpose flour to an Electric Stand Mixer or a big bowl
-
Add the salt and yeast
-
Whisk well (you can use you hands or a stand mixer)
-
Add the COLD water, cup by cup, and mix it continuously until you get a fluffy consistency in your dough
-
Cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes
-
Make a round shape with the dough and place it on the Zulay Kitchen Silicone Baking Mat or on a greased baking mat so it does not stick.

Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces with the Zulay Kitchen Bench Scraper

Add olive oil and toppings of preference!

Bake to 525 Fahrenheit for 7 to 12 minutes.
