Pizza is one of those crowd-pleasing meals everyone loves! However some people might think making pizza dough at home can be a complicated and tedious task. We are here to prove this is completely false with this 4 ingredient pizza dough recipe, from our friend @munchieswmiche. Skip the pizza delivery and start making pizzas from scratch with this simple recipe! 

Ingredients To Make Pizza Dough At Home

  • 5 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 1/4 cups COLD water

    How to Make Pizza Dough

    1. Pour the 5 cups of all purpose flour to an Electric Stand Mixer or a big bowl
    2. Add the salt and yeast
    3. Whisk well (you can use you hands or a stand mixer)
    4. Add the COLD water, cup by cup, and mix it continuously until you get a fluffy consistency in your dough 
    5. Cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes
    6. Make a round shape with the dough and place it on the Zulay Kitchen Silicone Baking Mat or on a greased baking mat so it does not stick.
    7. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces with the Zulay Kitchen Bench Scraper
    8. Place each dough piece into the Zulay Kitchen Silicone Baking Mats and spread the dough into a thin circular shape with the Zulay Kitchen Pin Roller.
    9. Add olive oil and toppings of preference!
    10. Bake to 525 Fahrenheit for 7 to 12 minutes.

      • Olive Oil
      • Salt

      • Sliced fresh basil leafs.

          • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
          • Ham (Canadian Bacon, regular bacon in little squared and already cooked, or ham of preference)
