
Nothing like a delicious cheese sauce that you can use with everything! Today we have for you this tasty and quick recipe from Marcia K!
PREPARATION
- You will need 2 cups of cooked riced cauliflower, well drained.
- Blend this in the blender on liquify and add ¼ cup non fat greek yoghurt.
- And 2 tbls milk.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Return mixture into the pot and add 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese and heat slightly stirring constantly.
- Add 1 tsp garlic and salt to taste.
The batch is rich and creamy and fairly low in calories. Use it as a dip or part of a cheese souffle, or mix it in with macaroni.
