These sautéed beans with garlic and butter are delicious and in only 15 minutes will be ready, you will see that they are an ideal complement to your dish and combine great with any protein. Enjoy good food and share with your family.
TOTAL PREPARATION TIME: 15 minutes
- 1 Pound green beans, cut in halves
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 3 Cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook beans in boiling water over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain and return them to the pan along with the butter and garlic; cook until tender and fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper; toss well and serve. Note: You can add feta cheese and walnuts on top of the sautéed beans at the time of serving. Enjoy.
