Super Bowl Chicken Snacks Recipes

1. Chicken And Bacon Rolls

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tablespoon of oil
  • 8 Chicken breast milanesas
  • 3 Crushed garlic cloves
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 200 g Sliced ham
  • 200 g Sliced yellow cheese
  • 200 g Bacon
  • 1/4 Cup barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the breasts with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Transfer the milanesas to a silicone bag and marinate for half an hour in the refrigerator.
  3. Remove the milanesas from the refrigerator, spread them out, place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each one; roll them up.
  4. Wrap each milanesa roll with two strips of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Brush with barbecue sauce and bake for 5 minutes more.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.

2. Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings



INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Pounds chicken wings, tip removed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 3 Ounces ground Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 Cup melted butter
  • 6 Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray.
  3. Dry the wings very well and place them in a large bowl.
  4. Combine salt, pepper, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin in a small bowl. Next, spread the seasoning over the wings, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a prepared rack and bake at 425°F, turning every 20 minutes until wings are crisp and golden brown; about 45 minutes.
  6. In a large bowl add the Parmesan cheese, butter, crushed garlic and lemon juice.
  7. Transfer the wings to the bowl with the butter mixture and toss to coat. Transfer wings to a serving platter. Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese and enjoy!

 3. Buffalo Chicken Wings 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Pounds chicken wings
  • 3/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • Ranch dressing


BUFFALO SAUCE:

  • 1/4 Cup unsalted butter, melted.
  • 1/2 Cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray.
  3. Dry the wings very well and place them in a large bowl.
  4. Combine the salt, pepper, baking powder and garlic powder in a small bowl. Then spread the seasoning over the wings, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a prepared rack and bake at 425°F, turning every 20 minutes until wings are crisp and golden brown; about 45 minutes.
  6. Mix hot sauce, butter and honey. Dredge wings in sauce to coat evenly.
  7. Serve wings immediately with ranch dressing, enjoy!
