INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Pound boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon oil
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 4 Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Small chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil, butter and onions, cook the onions until lightly browned; add the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring to prevent burning.
  2. Add the chicken, tomato, spices, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
  3. Add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chopped fresh cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
