Replacement Shipping & Handling

I bought the Black Zulay machine and since it does not come with the milk jug I bought the Glass milk jug from JURA ® 17-Oz. Glass Milk Container with Stainless Steel Lid for only $49.99. Why don't you sell one for the black machine? I bought it on amazon.

Hi, I'm afraid the milk jug isn't available for the black Magia. The milk jug is available for the newer model, the white Magia.

My shipping address is in Canada. It doesn't give me that option.

At this moment, we don't have the means to ship because of our lack of a physical warehouse in Canada. All of our stock is currently in Amazon Warehouses,. I hope this helps.

I'm trying to pay the shipping and handling, but your system keeps turning it into a product instead of shipping and handling. It then indicates the shipping and handling is free and that there is tax on my purchase. This doesn't make sense. I'm just paying the shipping and handling. Can someone please help.
