COCONUT ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Can coconut cream
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ Cups of coconut flakes
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
PREPARATION
- Add the milk, coconut cream, cream, vanilla and sugar in a blender (or with the help of a whisk) and blend well. Add the grated coconut.
- Pour the mixture into the container of an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Serve and enjoy!
