INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 tbsp coffee beans
  • 1.5 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Cocoa powder to sprinkle on top

                  KITCHEN PRODUCT USED

                  INSTRUCTIONS

                  1. Boil your water. In the meantime, grind your coffee beans with your Zulay Kitchen coffee grinder. Grind enough beans to scoop out 1 heaping tbsp into your Vietnamese coffee dripper. Pack the coffee grounds tightly to make your coffee strong.
                  2. In a small cup, add your condensed milk. Put your coffee dripper on top of the cup and pour a dash of hot water into the dripper. This allows the coffee beans to "bloom". Add more water until it reaches the rim of the dripper.
                  3. Once the coffee finishes dripping, stir your mixture together. Use your Zulay Kitchen's milk frother to make your coffee foamy! In a separate cup, add the ice, pour the frothy mixture into the cup, and sift some cocoa powder on top.
