Chicken Burger Recipe

Today we bring you this chicken burgers recipe! For those moments when we want to eat something tasty but easy and quick to prepare. This recipe is great, you will get delicious and perfect chicken burgers, with an incredible sauce that combines very well and accompanied by your favorite vegetables, join us!

INGREDIENTS
Hamburgers:
  • 2 Clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Pound ground chicken breast
  • 2 Tablespoons finely grated onion
  • 1 Tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Sliced tomato
  • Avocado
  • Thinly sliced red onion
  • Cheese
Hamburger sauce:
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 Teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, onion, oregano, paprika, garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste in a bowl.
  2. Form the patties one at a time and place them on a silicone baking mat sheet. You should be able to make six average-sized patties or four larger ones.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook patties in hot oil until dark brown on the bottom, 5 to 6 minutes. Flip the patties and cook until the other side is golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes more.
  5. For the sauce mix the ingredients (mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika and salt and pepper). Taste and adjust as needed.
  6. Assemble the burgers by spreading the mayonnaise on each bun, adding the patties and toppings of your choice.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
