Blueberry Scones

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 C flour
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C cold butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C heavy cream
  • 1 C fresh blueberries

                    KITCHEN PRODUCT USED

                                   

                    INSTRUCTIONS

                    1. Combine dry ingredients.
                    2. Cut butter into small pieces and into the flour mixture.
                    3. Mix wet ingredients and blueberries with flour.
                    4. Turn dough out and form into a 1-inch thick square; cut.
                    5. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, until golden.
