- 2 C flour
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 C cold butter
- 1 egg
- 1 C heavy cream
- 1 C fresh blueberries
KITCHEN PRODUCT USED
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Cut butter into small pieces and into the flour mixture.
- Mix wet ingredients and blueberries with flour.
- Turn dough out and form into a 1-inch thick square; cut.
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, until golden.
