Hi. I just received this machine yesterday. I’ve only made 2 cups and am still figuring it out. So far it’s amazing! My question is how many shots go into a latte? Can you adjust how many shots and if so which do I adjust? I usually like a triple shot latte. Thank you.

Will any of the third party milk containers such as Jura, Delonghi, Gaggia, etc work with the Magia? It's just the pipe connection to the machine that matters correct?

Other than the milk frothing container, is there any diff between the white machine vs black? Is the white the most recent iteration and thus perhaps less buggy or ???

Can you please let me know if me and my sister can purchase the insulated milk jug that you have on your new updated white automatic espresso machine because it didn’t come with the 2 black super automatic espresso machines that we bought from you a few months ago and it would make it so much better keeping the milk cold and distributing it. I have been telling all my friends and family about your machine & I am going to be supporting your company and helping them to never have to spend money at those very expensive coffee shops again! So I am going to buy at least three of the white automatic espresso machines as presents because that is how much I love this Magia espresso machine. Hope to hear from you soon!

1. Can you clarify the cleaning? I had another machine that said "self-cleaning" but instructed to clean with tablets. 2. If the machine needs maintenance, what would be the process? 3. Is there a certain type of milk or limit to how long to leave the milk out?
Hi, yes, here are the answers
1- Self-cleaning means that before and after making coffee, the machine will clean the coffee pipes and boiler line system to keep the machine and pipes free from particles. Table cleaning is a descaling action to remove any limescale residues that have accumulated in the boiler and pipes. This action can be performed once a month or after a certain number of coffee drinks. The machine will notify you on the screen when it needs to be done to maintain your machine in good condition.2- I have it in my house, and it's straightforward if you know what to do. I always put the milk tube in a cup of water before and after each use (this will keep the milk system clean). Perform the descaling process every month or every 2 months. I use a mixture of two parts water and one part vinegar, or you can use any coffee machine descaler.
3- Keep the milk in the fridge, and when you want to make a nice cappuccino, pour the milk into a cup by immersing the milk tube in it. You can use whole milk, skim milk, Almond Milk, or any type of milk.
