Hi, I'm afraid we can't share the spec sheet of our products. Our coffee urn is constructed with double-wall insulator with a 0.41mm thick 430 stainless steel outer layer and a 0.41mm thick 304 stainless steel inner layer.

Used the urn for hot chocolate and didn't pre melt the chocolate chips which burned in the well in the bottom. Any ideas how to remove? Tried several methods. Or, is the inner well replaceable?
