Vietnamese Lobster Garlic Noodles Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb egg noodles (dried)
• 1 whole garlic (crushed)
• 1 stalk scallion (cut into 1 inch)
• 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsps of fish sauce
  
• Half stick butter
  
• Pepper

KITCHEN PRODUCT USED

• Zulay Kitchen Garlic Press

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook egg noodles (4-5 mins)
   
2. Heat up the wok and melt butter
   
3. Pan-fry the garlic
   
4. Add in noodles
   
5. Pour fish sauce all over and toss
   
6. Finish cooking with cheese ensuring cheese melt evenly
   
7. Add in scallions and distribute evenly
   
8. Sprinkle pepper for taste
