Ingredients
The crust:
- 1.25 cups oat flour
- 1/3 cup tapioca flour
- 2 “flax eggs”
- MCT oil
The filling:
- Frozen blueberries (2 cups)
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup date sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions

Prepare the crust by mixing everything together

Form a dough and press down and cool for 20 minutes

For the filling, prepare in a skillet and mix on low heat for 5 minutes

Pour over the dough and place in the freezer for 20 minutes
