INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla or cinnamon powder
  • 14 Ounces unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • Coconut flakes or cocoa for topping


PREPARATION

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended.
  2. Shape into tablespoon-sized balls and roll in additional coconut flakes for topping or cocoa.
  3. Place the balls on a flat surface forming a single layer and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Serve and enjoy!


OPTIONS AND TIPS

  • You can use vanilla or cinnamon in your coconut balls.
  • Try adding a teaspoon of some liqueur, it will give a delicious flavor.
