10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these Terms or your participation in any Zulay Kitchen Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, and all claims must be brought individually.
