INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pound boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1 Teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 4 Cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Small chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon garam masala
- 1 Teaspoon paprika
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil, butter and onions, cook the onions until lightly browned; add the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring to prevent burning.
- Add the chicken, tomato, spices, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until everything is cooked through.
- Add the cream and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the chopped fresh cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
