Well today we will give you an idea of a delicious snack high in protein and healthy fats.


  • 200 smoked salmon
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 13 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • ½ lemon, the zest
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1½ cups lettuce for serving


  1. Cut the salmon into small, uniform pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and let sit for 15 minutes to let the flavours to develop. Serve on a small lettuce leaf.
  3. Enjoy!
