KETO SNACK INGREDIENTS
- 200 smoked salmon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
- ½ lemon, the zest
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1½ cups lettuce for serving
PREPARATION
- Cut the salmon into small, uniform pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and let sit for 15 minutes to let the flavours to develop. Serve on a small lettuce leaf.
