At night when a light is on inside the room, from outside looking in, would you be able to see into the room at all, like everything and or shadows? Is this 100% blocking from outside and inside views?

Depending on the type of privacy film, you may still be able to see into the room to some extent because when the light inside is stronger than outside, the reflective property is reversed, and it becomes easier to see into the room from the outside.
