Makayla Makes Delicious Cookies Using Zulay Kitchen Baking Mats Sheets!

Makayla shares her recipe for these yummy cookies, Peppermint Hot Cocoa Cookies!  

INGREDIENTS⁣⁣⁣

• 1 Egg⁣⁣⁣
• 1 1/2c Almond flour ⁣⁣⁣
• 3 1/2tbs Cacao powder⁣
• 1/3c Coconut sugar ⁣⁣⁣
• 1/4c Pure maple syrup ⁣
• 1/4c Melted coconut butter ⁣⁣⁣
• 3/4tsp Peppermint extract ⁣⁣⁣
• 1/2tsp Vanilla extract ⁣⁣⁣
• 1tsp Baking soda ⁣⁣⁣
• 1/2c Vegan mini marshmallows ⁣⁣⁣
• 1/4c Dark chocolate gems (optional to add white choc chips too)⁣⁣⁣
• Pink salt ⁣⁣⁣

METHOD⁣⁣⁣

preheat oven to 350 & line a baking sheet with parchment paper. mix all ingredients, folding in marshmallows and chocolate gems last. use a cookie scoop to form cookie balls, sprinkle with pink salt, & bake for about 12 minutes. enjoy! ⁣⁣
