Today we bring you the recipe of delicious shrimps cooked with lemon, garlic and parsley, a real delicacy! Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 4 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 Crushed garlic cloves
- 1 Pound large shrimp, peeled (except tails) and deveined
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- In a reusable bag or bowl, add the lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, shrimp and mix well. Set aside and marinate for 20 minutes.
- In a hot frying pan, add the oil, butter and shrimp with the marinade, cook for 2 minutes and turn each shrimp over, cook for 1 minute more, until they are pink.
- Add chopped fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy!
