Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Garlic Recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pound Brussels sprouts
- Olive oil for drizzling
- 6 Crushed garlic cloves
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and add them to a large bowl along with the garlic, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, mix well and spread out on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender and golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from oven, adjust salt and pepper if necessary. Stir in balsamic vinegar and serve hot or warm. Enjoy!
