INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Pound of medium shrimp
  • 4 Crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 Medium flour tortillas
  • Guacamole
  • Toppings of Choice

PREPARATION

  1. In a saucepan heat the oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add your cleaned and peeled shrimp to a bowl; season with the garlic, paprika, cumin, chili, salt, pepper and toss to coat well.
  3. Add to the pan and fry until cooked through and pink (about 5-6 minutes).
  4. Assemble tacos with toppings of your choice, serve and enjoy.

This delicious tiramisu is very easy to prepare, it consists of ladyfingers soaked in matcha and covered with a delicious mascarpone cream cheese, an incredible dessert, join us!

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 Oz of mascarpone cheese at room temperature.
  • 1 1/2 Cup of whipping cream (refrigerated).
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons matcha powder
  • 24 Ladyfingers
  • 2 Tablespoon matcha for dusting

    PREPARATION

    1. In a large bowl with a hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla on medium-low speed until the mixture becomes frothy. Increase speed to medium-high and continue beating until medium peaks form, about 3 minutes.
    2. Add the mascarpone cheese and continue mixing until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
    3. Combine the hot water, matcha powder and froth until smooth. Transfer to a flat-bottomed bowl that fits the biscuits.
    4. One at a time, quickly dip both sides of the cookies into the matcha mixture until soaked. Place them in the bottom of a 20 x 20 cm baking dish (You can use individual molds or the one of your preference), forming 2 rows of 6 cookies each.
    5. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the cookies. Smooth the surface.
    6. Dip the remaining biscuits into the matcha mixture and place on top of the custard.
    7. Cover with the rest of the cream, smooth the top and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
    8. Before serving, sprinkle with matcha powder and enjoy!

        INGREDIENTS
        Hamburgers:
        • 2 Clove garlic, crushed
        • 1 Pound ground chicken breast
        • 2 Tablespoons finely grated onion
        • 1 Tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
        • Juice of 1/2 lemon
        • 1/2 Cup bread crumbs
        • 1 Teaspoon paprika
        • Salt and pepper to taste
        • Olive oil
        • Hamburger buns
        • Lettuce
        • Sliced tomato
        • Avocado
        • Thinly sliced red onion
        • Cheese
        Hamburger sauce:
        • 1 Cup mayonnaise
        • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
        • 2 Teaspoons lemon juice
        • 1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika
        • Salt and pepper to taste

        PREPARATION

        1. Combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, onion, oregano, paprika, garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste in a bowl.
        2. Form the patties one at a time and place them on a silicone baking mat sheet. You should be able to make six average-sized patties or four larger ones.
        3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
        4. Cook patties in hot oil until dark brown on the bottom, 5 to 6 minutes. Flip the patties and cook until the other side is golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes more.
        5. For the sauce mix the ingredients (mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika and salt and pepper). Taste and adjust as needed.
        6. Assemble the burgers by spreading the mayonnaise on each bun, adding the patties and toppings of your choice.
        7. Serve and enjoy!

        4. Remove from the heat, add the vanilla and pour into six individual molds (the ones of your choice).
        5. Let cool to room temperature, uncovered. When cool, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before serving.
        6. Garnish with the fruit, syrup or jam of your choice. Enjoy!

        INGREDIENTS
        • 1 Cup milk
        • 1/2 Cup unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
        • 1 Package (0.25 oz.) active dry yeast
        • 1/8 Teaspoon salt
        • 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
        • 2 Eggs, beaten
        • 4 Cups all-purpose flour, plus a kneading amount.
        • 1 Large egg, beaten, plus 1 teaspoon of water
        • 3 Dyed Easter eggs, raw or hard-boiled
        • Colored sprinkles

        PREPARATION

        1. In a bowl mix the milk, 1 teaspoon of sugar and the yeast. Let stand until frothy, about 8 minutes.
        2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine flour, remaining ½ cup sugar and salt. Add the milk/yeast mixture and eggs. Mix until a very soft dough forms, about 5 minutes. Increase the speed to medium-high and add the butter a tablespoon at a time, mixing well after each addition, until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl, about 15 minutes.
        3. Transfer dough to a greased bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
        4. Divide into 6 pieces. Coil each piece to form a rope 1 inch wide, approximately 14 inches long.
        5. Taking 2 pieces, braid the rope, bring the ends together and then make a circle. Make sure the ends are tightly together. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
        6. Press the dyed eggs into the braid, then cover the dough and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
        7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177ºC). Brush the bread with beaten egg and cover with the sprinkles. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
        8. Serve and Enjoy!

        • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
        • 1 1/2 Cups chicken broth
        • 1 Cup milk
        • 1 Cup of diced and cooked potato
        • 3 1/2 Cups chopped ham
        • 1 1/2 Cups frozen corn, thawed
        • Salt and pepper to taste
        • 2 Refrigerated pie crusts
        • 1 Beaten egg

        PREPARATION

        1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
        2. Melt the butter in a large skillet with the olive oil.
        3. Add the onion and leek and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
        4. Season with salt and pepper to taste; add the thyme, garlic and cook for another minute.
        5. Sprinkle flour into the skillet and stir for 1 minute.
        6. Gradually add the chicken broth, then the milk and stir. 
        7. Add the corn and potatoes. Let the mixture simmer for several minutes to thicken.
        8. Add ham, chopped parsley and mix. Set aside.
        9. Place one pie crust in the bottom of a deep pie pan and pour in the filling.
        10. Place the second crust on top and trim the excess. Press the two pie crusts together to seal and crimp the edge with your fingers.
        11. Brush the top with egg mixture. Cut 3 or 4 slits with a knife in the middle to let steam escape. Bake for 30 minutes.
        12. Serve and enjoy!

        • 4 Eggs

        • 1/2 Cup strawberry puree
        • 2 Teaspoons vanilla
        For the glaze:
        • 250 g Powdered sugar
        • 1 Egg white
        • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
        • Fresh strawberries for decoration

        PREPARATION

        1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
        2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
        3. Beat butter and sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
        4. In a bowl, mix the milk, yogurt, vanilla and integrate it into the preparation alternately with the dry ingredients until incorporated. Add the strawberry puree and mix.
        5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans. Bake for about 24-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry. Let the cakes cool completely in the cake pans on a wire rack.
        6. For the glaze, sift the sugar and place it in a bowl.
        7. Place the egg white in a second bowl, sprinkle the first two tablespoons of sugar over the egg white and beat with a whisk.
        8. Repeat the process until you have added all the powdered sugar to the egg white, you must beat continuously and at constant speed to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
        9. Add the ½ tablespoon of lemon to the mixture and continue beating with the whisk, always at the same pace to ensure that the ingredients are properly integrated.
        10. You will see that when you lift the whisk, the mixture drops and should be creamy enough to take time to fall from the whisk into the bowl.
        11. Decorate the cake with the icing and fresh strawberries. In addition, you can fill the cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
        12. Serve and enjoy!

        PREPARATION

        1. Season the chicken with the mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
        2. Add oil to a hot skillet and brown chicken in batches over medium-high heat, cooking until browned on each side and no longer pink in the center; set aside.
        3. In the same skillet, melt the butter, add the shallot and mushrooms. Cook until softened (about 3 minutes). Add the garlic and parsley; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
        4. Add the white wine and bring to the boil. Add the cream, broth and boil for 4 minutes, then add the chicken and continue cooking until the sauce has thickened slightly. 
        5. Add the Parmesan cheese, mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
        6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

        • 1 Cup cooked quinoa (cooled)
        • 1 Cup chopped fresh strawberries
        • 1 Cucumber, diced
        • 1/2 Cup chopped red onion
        • 5 Cherry tomatoes halved
        • 4 Ounces feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
        • 1/4 Cup pistachios (optional)
        • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
        • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
        • 1 Tablespoon honey
        • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
        • 1 Teaspoon crushed garlic
        • Salt and pepper to taste

        PREPARATION

        1. Add in a bowl the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste; mix very well.
        2. Add the rest of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together with the dressing until coated.
        3. Serve the salad and enjoy!
