INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g of flour
  • 10 g of salt
  • 20 g sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 ml of water at room temperature
  • Sausages of your choice
  • 1 Beaten egg

    PREPARATION 

    1. Place the flour, salt, sugar, egg, and water in a bowl and mix well.
    2. Add the butter and knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
    3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then on a surface with a little flour, roll it out with a rolling pin forming a rectangle with a thickness of approximately 5mm.
    4. Cut strips 2 cm wide and wrap the sausage, pressing lightly so that there are no spaces. On one edge leave a slight separation so that at the time of decoration you can make eyes (Halloween decoration).
    5. Place your sausage mummies in a baking pan lined with paper for baking and brush them with beaten egg.
    6. Bake at 374°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown, let cool.
    7. With a small piece of cheese and cloves from eyes to look like mummies and amuse the kids on Halloween, serve them with the sauce of your choice. Enjoy!

                1. Peach Bruschetta


                INGREDIENTS
                • 3 Large peaches, diced or sliced
                • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
                • Pinch of salt
                • Brie or cream cheese

                • Crusty bread to serve

                PREPARATION

                  1. In a bowl, mix together the chopped peaches, chopped basil and salt.

                PREPARATION

                1. Put the chopped tomatoes, basil, garlic, oil, salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Stir well.
                2. Spread the salad on the toasted bread slices, serve and enjoy.

                3. Bruschetta With Pesto And Dried Tomatoes

                INGREDIENTS

                • 1 Cup basil
                • 3 Cloves garlic
                • 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
                • 1/4 Cup pine nuts or walnuts
                • 1/4 Cup olive oil
                • Salt and pepper to taste
                • 1 Cup cream cheese
                • 8 Slices of sundried tomatoes
                • Crusty bread to serve

                PREPARATION

                1. In a food processor, combine basil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, salt, pepper and olive oil. Process until everything is well integrated, if necessary add a little more olive oil.
                2. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each slice of baguette, then add a tablespoon of pesto and top with dried tomato.

                INGREDIENTS

                • 1 Tablespoon of oil
                • 8 Chicken breast milanesas
                • 3 Crushed garlic cloves
                • Juice of one lemon
                • 200 g Sliced ham
                • 200 g Sliced yellow cheese
                • 200 g Bacon
                • 1/4 Cup barbecue sauce
                • Salt and pepper to taste

                PREPARATION

                1. Preheat the oven to 160 °C and lightly grease a baking dish.
                2. Season the breasts with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Transfer the milanesas to a silicone bag and marinate for half an hour in the refrigerator.
                3. Remove the milanesas from the refrigerator, spread them out, place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each one; roll them up.
                4. Wrap each milanesa roll with two strips of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
                5. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes.

                2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray.
                3. Dry the wings very well and place them in a large bowl.
                4. Combine salt, pepper, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin in a small bowl. Next, spread the seasoning over the wings, tossing to coat evenly.
                5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a prepared rack and bake at 425°F, turning every 20 minutes until wings are crisp and golden brown; about 45 minutes.
                6. In a large bowl add the Parmesan cheese, butter, crushed garlic and lemon juice.
                7. Transfer the wings to the bowl with the butter mixture and toss to coat. Transfer wings to a serving platter. Sprinkle with a little parmesan cheese and enjoy!

                 3. Buffalo Chicken Wings 

                 

                INGREDIENTS

                • 4 Pounds chicken wings
                • 3/4 Teaspoon salt
                • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
                • 2 Teaspoons baking powder
                • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
                • Ranch dressing


                BUFFALO SAUCE:

                • 1/4 Cup unsalted butter, melted.
                • 1/2 Cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
                • 2 Tablespoons honey

                PREPARATION

                1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
                2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray.
                3. Dry the wings very well and place them in a large bowl.
                4. Combine the salt, pepper, baking powder and garlic powder in a small bowl. Then spread the seasoning over the wings, tossing to coat evenly.
                5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a prepared rack and bake at 425°F, turning every 20 minutes until wings are crisp and golden brown; about 45 minutes.
                6. Mix hot sauce, butter and honey. Dredge wings in sauce to coat evenly.

                INGREDIENTS

                • ½ Cup Popcorn Kernels
                • ½ Cup Freeze Dried Strawberries
                • ¼ Cup Sugar
                • ½ tsp Salt (fine salt is preferable but regular table salt works as well)
                • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil, optional
                • 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
                • Toppings such as pretzels, candy, etc.

                PREPARATION

                1. Place your popcorn kernels into the Zulay popcorn maker.
                2. Add your olive oil and mix to coat the kernels evenly. It is not necessary to add oil to your popcorn but in my opinion it tastes better.
                3. Depending on the strength of your microwave, you'll pop it about 3-5 mins, until the popping slows down in between pops.
                4. While your popcorn is popping; add your strawberries, sugar and salt to a food processor and grind it until it's a fine powder and set aside.
                5. Remove your popcorn from the microwave carefully. You can transfer it to a larger bowl or I prefer putting it in a bag for easy and quicker cleanup.
                6. Add melted butter, mix thoroughly to coat the popcorn.
                7. Add your strawberry mixture and coat the popcorn evenly.
                8. Add your toppings, I added pretzels and more freeze dried strawberries.
                9. Place back in your Zulay popcorn bowl and serve. Enjoy!

                • 2 Tablespoons of grated coconut
                • 1/4 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

                PREPARATION

                • Place the sugar, honey, oil and cinnamon in a non-stick pan and heat until the sugar is well diluted.
                • Then add the rest of the ingredients, integrate well and turn off the heat.
                • In a baking sheet with a silicone sheet, place the mixture and flatten it into a rectangle shape.
                • Bake in the oven at 150° C for 15 minutes.
                • Remove from the oven, place them on a wire rack until they are warm and cut the bars, enjoy!
