INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 Ounces mushrooms, cleaned and cut into thick slices
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 4 Cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 Large shallots, thinly sliced
  • ½ Cup chicken broth
  • ½ Cup dry white wine
  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION

  1. Season the chicken with the mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
  2. Add oil to a hot skillet and brown chicken in batches over medium-high heat, cooking until browned on each side and no longer pink in the center; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter, add the shallot and mushrooms. Cook until softened (about 3 minutes). Add the garlic and parsley; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add the white wine and bring to the boil. Add the cream, broth and boil for 4 minutes, then add the chicken and continue cooking until the sauce has thickened slightly. 
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese, mix and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Salmon With Butter And Lemon Sauce Recipe

This salmon with lemon butter sauce recipe is delicious. You can prepare it easily and quickly, in just 20 minutes you will have an irresistible salmon to enjoy at any time and share with your loved ones.

Salmon is a very delicious and nutritious protein, you can prepare it in many different ways, grilled, baked, etc. In particular this recipe is my favorite way to prepare it, plus you can serve it with any garnish and I assure you it will be delicious. Join us!

 
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/4 Lb. salmon fillets, skinless and boneless, cut into 4 fillets
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 Cup of butter with salt
  • 1 Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

     PREPARATION

    1. Season the fish on both sides with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
    2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and add the fish fillets. Brown them without moving them, for 3-4 minutes until the edges of the fish are opaque. Turn them over and cook until cooked through. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside.
    3. Add the butter to the same skillet and melt, stirring occasionally, until the butter is golden brown and smells nutty.
    4. Add the lemon juice and simmer until the volume is reduced by half.
    5. Place the salmon in the pan over the sauce, then drizzle more sauce over the top.
    6. Serve hot, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and enjoy!

    Twice baked potatoes! These potatoes are a delight and my family loves them, we eat them as a side dish for dinner and they are spectacular, they combine very well with any protein. Honestly, as delicious as they are, even on their own they are great!

    This recipe is great, you take a common potato to a perfection of flavors and textures; the potato skin becomes crispy and is filled with creamy mashed potatoes, lots of cheese, bacon and garnished with fresh chives. I particularly add mozzarella and cheddar cheese to make the filling even more delicious. The potatoes are baked twice, once to cook the potato and make the inside soft, and once to gratinate after the stuffing.
    This dish is worth preparing, you will see that your family will love it. Join us!

     

    Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe

    EASY, CREAMY AND VERY DELICIOUS!

    TOTAL PREPARATION TIME: 1 Hour 30 minutes 
    SERVINGS: 4
    COURSE: Lunch/Dinner

    INGREDIENTS
    • 4 Large potatoes
    • 10 Slices of bacon
    • 1 Cup sour cream
    • ½ Cup milk
    • 4 Tablespoons butter
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 Cup shredded Cheddar cheese
    • 1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese
    • 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
    • 1/4 Cup chopped green onion
    • 1 Tablespoon chopped green onions for garnish
    • Olive oil

    PREPARATION

    1. Wash and dry the potatoes well, prick each potato in several places with the tines of a fork.
    2. Place them on a baking sheet and drizzle the potatoes with a little olive oil.
    3. Bake the potatoes at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
    4. Place the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble and set aside.
    5. When the potatoes are done, let them cool for 10 minutes. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh into a large bowl; save the skins.
    6. Add sour cream, milk, butter, garlic, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, salt and pepper to taste to potato pulp; mix until integrated and creamy.
    7. Spoon the mixture into the potato skins. Top each with the remaining cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon.
    8. Bake for another 15 minutes, remove and serve. Enjoy!

    This recipe as well as the Irish soda bread is prepared in celebration of St. Patrick's Day; one of the things I like about Corned Beef is that because of the way it is cooked you can easily make as much as you want (without affecting the result) for all your guests, you have to try it!

    
    TOTAL PREPARATION TIME: 2 Hours 40 minutes

    INGREDIENTS
    • 1 Corned beef brisket (4 pounds) with spice packet
    • 1 Onion
    • 3 Crushed garlic cloves
    • 2 Bay leaves
    • 3 Cups of water
    • 8 Small red potatoes
    • 4 Medium carrots
    • 1 Medium head cabbage, cut into wedges

    PREPARATION

    1. Place corned beef in an iron pot and cover with water. Add the spice packet, onion, garlic and bay leaf; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until corned beef is tender, about 2 hours.
    2. While the corned beef is simmering, cut the potatoes in half. Peel the carrots and cut them into chunks. Cut the cabbage into small pieces.
    3. Once the meat is tender, add the potatoes and carrots; cook until the vegetables are almost tender, about 10 minutes. Add the cabbage and cook about 15 minutes more.
    4. Remove the meat and vegetables from the pot. Slice the meat and serve with the potatoes, carrots and cabbage. Enjoy!

      INGREDIENTS

      FOR THE CHOPS
      • 4 Thick-cut pork chops
      • Salt and pepper to taste
      • 1 Whole garlic clove
      • 2 Tablespoons butter
      • 2 Sprigs of thyme
      FOR THE SAUCE
      • 2 Tablespoons butter
      • 2 Crushed garlic cloves
      • 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
      • 1 Tablespoon dried basil
      • 1 Onion, chopped
      • 1 Cup cream
      • 1/2 Cup milk
      • 1/2 Cup white wine
      • Salt and pepper to taste

        PREPARATION

        1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
        2. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chops until golden brown and slightly pink in the center, 7 to 10 minutes per side. The core temperature should be at least 145° F (63° C).
        3. Add 2 more tablespoons of butter, the thyme and the whole garlic clove to the skillet. Drizzle the chops with the butter until well done; transfer the pork chops to a plate and return the skillet to medium-high heat.
        4. For the sauce: remove the thyme and the garlic clove from the remaining butter in the pan; add the chopped onion and cook for 4 minutes.
        5. Add the crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add the flour and mix to integrate.
        6. Add the white wine and boil for 2 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.
        7. Stir in the basil, milk, cream, salt and pepper to taste; mix.
        8. Cook and stir constantly until the mixture is thick and bubbly, 4 to 6 minutes.
        9. Serve your chops accompanied with delicious mashed potatoes and the sauce. Enjoy!

        2. Add the two tablespoons of wheat flour and mix well; add the white wine, stir and boil for one minute to evaporate the alcohol.
        3. Add the beef stock, thyme, Bay leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 35 minutes.
        4. While the soup is simmering, preheat the oven to 400°F and place an oven rack in the middle position. Arrange the baguette slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until the bread is dry, crisp and golden brown around the edges, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.
        5. Ladle the soup into oven-safe bowls and place a slice or two of bread on top of each. Sprinkle evenly with Gruyère and then with Parmesan.
        6. Place the bowls on a baking sheet and broil in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
        7. Serve and enjoy!

        2. In a large bowl combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger, green onion, white onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil and ground black pepper. Add the meat and mix to make sure it is well coated with the sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
        3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the beef for about 5 minutes or until cooked through.
        4. Garnish the bulgogi with finely chopped green onions and serve hot with white rice; enjoy!

        Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

        INGREDIENTS
        • 2 Chicken breasts cut into strips
        • 1 Teaspoon crushed garlic
        • 3 Tablespoon olive oil
        • 2 Tablespoons butter
        • 3 Cloves garlic, minced
        • 1/2 Tablespoon flour
        • 1/4 Cup white wine
        • 1/2 Cup chicken broth
        • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
        • 1 Cup heavy cream
        • 1/2 Cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
        • 1/2 Cup grated mozzarella cheese
        • 8 Ounces uncooked pasta
        • Salt and pepper to taste

        PREPARATION

        1. Season the chicken strips with the crushed garlic, lemon juice and a little salt and pepper.
        2. Add the olive oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through; set aside.
        3. In the same skillet, add the butter. Once melted, add the garlic and flour, and cook for about 30 seconds.
        4. Stir in the white wine (and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan). Let it bubble for a minute.
        5. Add the cream and broth, cook for 4-5 minutes more, until slightly thickened; add the Parmesan cheese and mix. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
        6. Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions.
        7. Add the chicken, drained pasta and mozzarella cheese to the pan and toss until coated.
        8. Serve immediately, add fresh basil leaves or parsley for garnish. Enjoy!

        Keto Stuffed Chicken Breast


        Today we bring you a keto recipe, it is a chicken breast stuffed with cheese, spinach and a layer of grilled cheese, really delicious!         INGREDIENTS

        • 4 Chicken breast fillets
        • 1 Teaspoon cumin
        • 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
        • 1 Teaspoon onion powder
        • 4 Cups of cleaned spinach leaves
        • 1 Onion, diced
        • 2 Cloves garlic, crushed
        • 2 Tablespoons butter
        • 2 Cups ricotta cheese
        • 1 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese
        • 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese 
        • 1 Zucchini chopped in slices
        • Salt and pepper to taste
        • Olive oil
        • Wooden chopsticks

         

        PREPARATION

        1. Place chicken breast fillets in a reusable bag or bowl and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and cumin. Reserve in the refrigerator for 20 min.
        2. In a non-stick frying pan add a drizzle of olive oil, heat over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic for 90 seconds. Then add the spinach leaves, salt, pepper and mix. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat, let cool and set aside.
        3. Mix in a bowl the ricotta cheese, the sautéed spinach, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, 2 tablespoons of butter and pepper to taste.
        4. Place the fillets well spread out, fill them with the cheese mixture, close the breast fillets and secure the edges with wooden toothpicks.
        5. Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and sear the breasts on both sides. Remove and place on a baking sheet brushed with oil.
        6. Add the chopped zucchini next to the breast and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, making sure to put a good layer of the cheeses on top of the breast for a good gratin. Bake at 180°C (356° F) for 30 minutes. Remove and enjoy!

        INGREDIENTS
        For the chicken and breading:
        • 2 Chicken breasts cut into long, thick strips
        • 1/2 Cup buttermilk
        • Salt and pepper to taste
        • 1 Tablespoon crushed garlic
        • 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
        • 1/2 Cup corn starch
        • 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
        • 1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
        • 1/2 Teaspoon dried thyme
        • 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
        • Vegetable oil for frying
        For the sauce:
        • 1 Tablespoon gochujang paste
        • 1 Tablespoon honey
        • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
        • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
        • 1 Clove garlic, chopped
        • 1 Teaspoons chopped ginger
        • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
        • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
        • 2 Scallions, cut into thin strips
        • 1 Teaspoon sesame seeds
        • ½ Teaspoon chili flakes

        PREPARATION 

        1. Place chicken in a bowl. Add buttermilk, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Mix, cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour.
        2. Place a frying pan to heat and add enough oil for frying.
        3. Add in a bowl the flour, corn starch, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, salt and pepper; mix well.
        4. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, making sure it is completely coated.
        5. Once oil is hot enough, add breaded chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through; set aside.
        6. For the sauce: in a saucepan over medium heat add vegetable oil, garlic and ginger, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Add the gochujang paste, honey, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
        7. Pour over the crispy chicken and toss gently, then top with the scallions, chili flakes, and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy!
