INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 Cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 4 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 Pinch of salt

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl place the eggs, milk, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla and beat until the ingredients are well blended.
  2. Sift the flour and baking powder, add to the liquids and mix well until well incorporated.
  3. Place the mixture in a pancake batter dispenser.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little butter and add some of the pancake mixture.
  5. As soon as small bubbles start to appear all over the pancake, flip it over and cook it on that side.
  6. When the pancakes are ready, you can serve them with honey, chocolate syrup, dulce de leche or whatever you like. Enjoy!

Sausage Fingers Recipe



Today we bring you an easy recipe for baked sausage fingers to share on Halloween, join us!

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grs of flour
  • 10 grs of salt
  • 20 grs sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 150 gr butter
  • 150 cc of water at room temperature
  • Sausages of your choice
  • 1 egg to varnish the fingers

PREPARATION

  1. Place the flour, salt, sugar, egg and water in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the butter and knead for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth.
  3. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then on a surface with a little flour, roll it out with a rolling pin forming a rectangle with a thickness of approximately 5mm.
  4. Cut strips of 2 cm wide and wrap the sausage, pressing lightly so that there are no spaces. On one edge leave a slight separation so that at the time of decoration you can make eyes (Halloween decoration).
  5. Place your sausage fingers in a baking pan lined with Paper For Baking and brush them with beaten egg.
  6. Bake at 190 °C for 15 minutes or until golden brown, let cool.
  7. With a small piece of cheese and cloves form eyes to look like mummies and amuse the kids on Halloween, serve them with the sauce of your choice. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • ½ Teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon salt

For The Glaze:

  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a large bowl, add the milk, vinegar, eggs, butter and vanilla and whisk until combined.
  3. In another bowl sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the liquids and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Place the preparation in a piping bag and fill the donut mold 2/3 of its capacity.
  6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the tops of the donuts rise when touched (you can also check by inserting a toothpick and it comes out dry). Remove from oven and let cool for 4 to 5 minutes before removing.
  7. Glaze: In a bowl, mix the sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is completely dissolved. Use immediately to glaze the donuts and decorate as you like. Enjoy!

White Chocolate Marquise For Halloween


Today we want to share with you the recipe for a delicious dessert of white chocolate cream and a crunchy touch of cookies and cereals. Easy to prepare at home and ideal for sharing on Halloween, join us!


INGREDIENTS

  • 120 g White chocolate chunks or chips
  • 400 cc Heavy whipping cream
  • Vanilla cookies or cookies of your choice
  • Cereal (of your choice)

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 1 cup of the whipping cream and add it to the chocolate, let it stand for a few minutes to melt with the temperature of the cream, mix and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Place the rest of the cold cream in a bowl and beat with a mixer until creamy and firm.
  3. Add a little of the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture and mix with a spatula to equalize the densities. Continue adding the whipped cream and with enveloping movements integrate everything (do it in two parts). Set aside.
  4. Crush the cookies and put two tablespoons in the bottom of a glass, add a good amount of the chocolate cream. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. When ready to serve, add cereal of your choice, a little more cream and decorate with Halloween adornments. Enjoy!

Halloween Cupcakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS

 For The Cupcakes:

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 125g Wheat flour
  • 1/4 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 125g Powdered sugar
  • 125g Softened butter (or margarine)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence or grated lemon zest

For The Buttercream:

  • 450g Confectioner's sugar
  • 225g Unsalted butter
  • 3 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla essence
  • Gel coloring

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar and vanilla essence (or lemon zest).
  3. Add the eggs one by one and mix well.
  4. Sift the flour with the baking powder and incorporate little by little until well blended. Be careful not to over mix.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins, filling them halfway.
  6. Bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
For The Buttercream:

  1. Beat the butter (at room temperature) and salt for a few minutes with a mixer to cream it.
  2. Sift in the confectioner sugar and incorporate in several batches, beating on low speed after each addition. Scrape the bowl and repeat the process.
  3. Add a tablespoon of cream while beating on low speed and then add the vanilla. Beat to an even, fluffy consistency. More cream or milk may be added if a thinner consistency is desired.
  4. Add a small amount of food coloring to the cream and beat, keep adding until the desired color is achieved.
  5. Place the cream in a piping bag and decorate the cupcake, place decorations such as gumdrops, chocolate chips, edible pearls, cupcake toppers, etc. To give the appearance of Halloween. Enjoy!

Easy Halloween Cookies


Today we want to share with you this easy recipe for Halloween cookies, ideal to share in this celebration. Join us!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-1/2 Cups flour
  • 1/4 Tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt

For the glaze:

  • 250 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Coloring

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Stir in the egg and vanilla and mix.
  2. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually incorporate it into the creamed mixture.
  3. Form the dough into a disk shape; wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm enough to roll out.
  4. Preheat oven to 250°C. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to about 1/2 cm thick.
  5. Cut the dough with cookie cutters into Halloween shapes. Place on silicone-lined baking sheets and bake at 200°C for 8 to 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
  6. Remove from pans and place on wire racks to cool completely.

Glaze:

  1. Sift the sugar and place it in a bowl.
  2. Place the egg white in a second bowl, sprinkle the first two tablespoons of sugar over the egg white and beat with a whisk.
  3. Repeat the process until you have added all the powdered sugar to the egg white, you must beat continuously and at constant speed to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Add the ½ tablespoon of lemon to the mixture and continue beating with the whisk, always at the same rhythm to get the food to integrate correctly.
  5. You will see that when you lift the whisk, the mixture falls and should be creamy enough to take a little time to fall from the whisk into the bowl.
  6. Dye the icing, put it in a piping bag and decorate the cookies to taste. Let stand until it sets.
  7. Enjoy!
