    PREPARATION

    1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat.
    2. Once the water boils, turn off the heat and add the tea bags. Cover the saucepan with a lid and let the tea steep for 1-2 minutes or until desired level of strength.
    3. Remove the tea bags and add the infusion into a pitcher.
    4. Add sugar, mango puree, lime juice and mix well. Refrigerate tea for 1-2 hours or until serving.

    • 1 Cup tapioca balls
    • 4 Cups water

      PREPARATION

      1. Boil 1/2 cup water and stir in dark brown sugar until dissolved, Set aside.
      2. In a pot boil 4 cups of water and then add the tapioca balls, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally (follow the instructions on the package of the tapioca ball you are using). Strain the tapioca balls.
      3. Pour the brown sugar simple syrup into the pot with the tapioca balls. Allow to cool slightly.
      4. In a large bowl add the milk, sugar, vanilla, matcha powder and froth for 2 minutes.
      5. In the glass where you are going to serve add tapioca balls, ice and then the matcha milk. You can sprinkle a little more matcha powder to decorate. Enjoy!
