Pecan Pie Recipe! Today we bring you the recipe for a very special, delicious, and ideal dessert to share at Thanksgiving!
The Pecan Pie is a dessert that encompasses the delicious flavors of autumn, the crust is crunchy while the filling is soft, sweet, and full of the protagonists that are the pecans, which provide texture and incredible flavor, join us!

 

TOTAL PREPARATION TIME: 3 Hours
SERVINGS: 8
COURSE: Dessert

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Pie crust (see recipe here)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 Cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ Cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1-½ Cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ Cup whole walnuts

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 356° F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the brown sugar, salt, vanilla extract, corn syrup, and melted butter. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Lightly flour a 9-inch tart pan and place the batter in the pan pressing to secure. Use a fork to poke holes in the bottom of the pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly across the bottom of the pie crust.
  5. Pour the filling over the pecans. Gradually the pecans will rise to the surface.
  6. Arrange the whole pecans in concentric circles on top of the wet mixture in a decorative manner.
  7. Cover the cake with foil and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, uncover and continue baking until the filling is completely set in the center, about 25-30 minutes.
  8. Once done, place the pie on a wire rack and let the pie rest for at least two hours before slicing. Enjoy!

Pumpkin pie is a traditional and delicious dessert, it is very easy to prepare and there are many versions and all of them are delicious.
This time we present you an incredible pie with a soft and creamy pumpkin filling, topped with slightly crunchy meringue that takes this dessert to another level. Undoubtedly an excellent option for Thanksgiving and anytime.

 

TOTAL PREPARATION TIME: 3 Hour 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

For the crust:

  • 250g Flour
  • 125g Cold butter in cubes
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of water
  • 1 Egg yolk

For the filling:

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 Cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

For the meringue:

  • 4 Large egg whites
  • 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon cornflour
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, put the flour, salt, sugar, and cold butter in small cubes, and rub with your fingers until it looks like breadcrumbs. Pour cold water and egg yolk, mix and join with your hands to form a dough.
  2. Then we shape it into a disk, wrap and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before stretching and kneading.
  3. Next, flour the work surface, and roll out the dough to a thickness of 6 mm.
  4. Lightly flour a 7-inch tart pan and place the dough in the pan pressing to secure it. Store the mold with the dough in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  5. Preheat the oven to 392 °F.
  6. In a bowl, add the pumpkin puree, condensed milk, eggs, spices, vanilla, and salt and mix very well. Pour the filling into the crust.
  7. Bake the tart for 10 minutes at 392 °F, then reduce the oven temperature to 374 °F and bake for 35 to 40 minutes more until the pumpkin filling is firm but looser in the center.
  8. For the meringue: beat the egg whites until stiff, then gradually fold in the sugar, vanilla and cornmeal until thick and glossy. Top the warm pumpkin pie with the meringue mixture, swirling with the end of a teaspoon. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crisp. Let cool completely before removing the pie from the pan to slice. Serve and enjoy!

TOTAL PREPARATION TIME: 35 minutes
SERVINGS: 18 donuts
COURSE: Dessert


INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups granulated sugar
  • 1 15 Oz. can of pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. baking powder
  • 1 3/4 Cups flour
Coating:
  • 1 Stick of butter, melted
  • 1 Cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon

PREPARATION 

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the flour. Mix on medium speed until smooth. Add the flour, stirring until smooth.
  3. Fill the wells of the donut pans evenly until about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake the donuts 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Remove the donuts from the oven. After a few minutes, transfer them to a cooling rack.
  6. After the donuts have cooled off a bit but are still warm, quickly dip them on each side in the melted butter, then gently shake them in a bag with the sugar and cinnamon mixture to coat.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 3/4 Cup milk
  • ½ Teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 Cups flour
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon salt

For The Glaze:

  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

    PREPARATION 

    1. Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C).
    2. In a large bowl, add the milk, vinegar, eggs, butter, vanilla and whisk until combined.
    3. In another bowl sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
    4. Add the dry ingredients to the liquids and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
    5. Place the preparation in a piping bag and fill the donut mold 2/3 of its capacity.
    6. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the tops of the donuts rise when touched (you can also check by inserting a toothpick and it comes out dry). Remove from oven and let cool for 4 to 5 minutes before removing.
    7. Glaze: In a bowl, mix the sugar and lemon juice until the sugar is completely dissolved. Use immediately to glaze the donuts and decorate them as you like. Enjoy!

    • 3 Eggs
    • 3 Medium-sized very ripe bananas, mashed
    • ¼ Cup maple syrup
    • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
    • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 2 Cups fine almond flour
    • ½ Cup oatmeal
    • ½ Cup unsweetened cocoa poder
    • ½ Cup dark chocolate chips
    • 2 Tablespoons almonds or walnuts for garnish (optional).

    PREPARATION 

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×5 loaf pan and line with parchment.
    2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, mashed bananas, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
    3. Add the oats, almond flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
    4. Add the chocolate chips, mix and transfer to the mold. You can add more chocolate chips and almonds on top of the bread as decoration.
    5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the tester comes out almost clean in the middle of the loaf.
    6. Let cool, cut into portions, and serve.

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan. Set aside.
    2. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice into a large bowl. Set aside.
    3. Whisk together the oil, eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and vanilla extract until blended.
    4. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
    5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30-36 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
    6. For the frosting: in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix. Pour in the cream, vanilla and beat for 1 minute more until creamy. Chill covered until ready to frost the cake.
    7. When the cake is completely cool, cover it with the frosting, serve and enjoy!

    • 30 gm milk (you can use vegan milk)
    • 1 tbsp + 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 3 - 5 tbsp date syrup (depending on your sweetness preference)

    PREPARATION

    1. Grind the Roasted Hazelnut.
    2. Mix all the ingredients and pulse it till you get the fine creamy texture.
    3. Serve it with fresh berries, pretzels or use it as a spread on morning toast. Enjoy!

It is super moist, delicious and also incredibly easy to make. You only need 3 ingredients: 5 overripe bananas, 2 large eggs and one box of yellow cake mix.

                Do bananas have to be brown in order to make banana bread?

                The ideal bananas to make banana bread are the ones that are overripe and of a brown/black color. If you happen to only have yellow bananas, here's how to.   

                3 Ingredient Banana Bread recipe 


                🔪 Prep Time 15 minutes
                🍳 Cook Time 1 hour and 5 minutes
                ⏲ Total time 1 hour and 20 minutes

                Ingredients

                • 5 overripe bananas
                • 2 large eggs
                • One box of yellow cake mix

                Preparation

                1. Mash the overripe bananas with a dough blender or a fork in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with a balloon whisk until you partially see bubbles. Proceed to add the cake mix into the eggs and mix until you get an homogeneous paste. 

                2. Add the bananas to the homogeneous paste and mix well with a spatula

                3. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan, previously greased with butter. Put it in the previously heated oven to 350 degrees F, for 50 min or until the banana bread is golden brown. (Check with a fork in the middle to see if it’s fully cooked)

                4. Let it cool for 10 min and enjoy!

                  PREPARATION

                  1. Add the sugar and water to a saucepan over medium heat.
                  2. Cook until the sugar dissolves, turns transparent and begins to bubble.
                  3. Do not stir, just let it bubble, swirl the pan occasionally and brush the sides of the pan as needed to prevent crystallization.
                  4. Cook until the mixture thickens and turns a deep amber color like honey, about 8 to 12 minutes, watching to make sure the mixture does not burn.
                  5. Carefully add the butter and whisk until completely melted (the caramel will bubble quickly, so be careful and keep whisking).
                  6. After the butter has melted and combined with the caramelized sugar, stir constantly while very slowly pouring in the heavy cream. Since the heavy cream is cooler than the hot caramel, the mixture will bubble quickly when added. After all the heavy cream has been added, stop stirring and bring to a boil. It will rise in the pan as it boils.
                  7. Add the vanilla, salt and mix well. Let cool in the saucepan for 10 minutes.
                  8. Then pour into a glass jar with a lid and let it cool completely (it will thicken as it cools).

                  1. In a large bowl, add the room temperature butter, lemon zest and sugar beat for about 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
                  2. Add egg yolks and vanilla extract, mix.
                  3. Mix cornstarch, flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl.
                  4. Pour the flour mixture into the preparation and mix well.
                  5. Transfer the dough to plastic wrap and flatten into a disk shape. Wrap and chill for about an hour.
                  6. Preheat oven to 350° F.
                  7. Roll out to between 1/4 and 1/8 an inch on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough with a cookie cutter and transfer it to a tray covered with parchment paper or a silicone lined baking sheet. 
                  8. Bake for about 8 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through. Let cool well.
                  9. Place a spoonful of dulce de leche on the back of one cookie and place another cookie on top of the filling. Slightly press the two cookies and roll in the shredded coconut, repeat the assembly for the remaining cookies. Enjoy!

                  Lemon Cake Recipe! This incredible cake will make you repeat more than once, it is a very delicious dessert full of the citrus flavor and aroma of lemon.
                  This cake is very easy to prepare and has an incredible presentation that gives it the magic touch. I like to prepare this dessert for outdoor meals in the summer or spring, plus it is very fresh. Join us!

                   

                  TOTAL PREPARATION TIME: 1 Hour 30 minutes
                  SERVINGS: 8-10
                  COURSE: Dessert

                  INGREDIENTS
                   
                  For the cake:
                  • 1 Cup softened unsalted butter
                  • 2 1/4 Cups granulated sugar
                  • 3 Eggs
                  • 3 Cups all-purpose flour
                  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
                  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
                  • 1 Cup buttermilk
                  • 2 Tablespoons lemon zest
                  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
                  For the glaze:
                  • 1 Cup powdered sugar
                  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
                  • Lemon zest for garnish

                  PREPARATION

                  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, grease and lightly flour the pan of your choice.
                  2. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
                  3. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, lemon zest and lemon juice. Set aside.
                  4. In large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 3 to 4 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
                  5. Add one part of the flour mixture and mix, then add part of the buttermilk mixture and whisk. Repeat until all the flour and liquids are incorporated.
                  6. Add to the prepared pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a tester comes out clean. Let cool.
                  7. To make the glaze: in a medium bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Add more powdered sugar or lemon juice as needed to make a thick but pourable glaze.
                  8. Pour the glaze over the top of the cake, letting it drip down the sides. Garnish with lemon zest to taste.
                  9. Serve and enjoy.
