Garlic Butter Pork Chops

- 5 Bone-in pork chops
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Sprigs of fresh thyme
- 6 Crushed garlic cloves
- Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the outside is browned and the internal temperature reads 145 °F.
- Stir in the butter, garlic and thyme. Use a spoon to drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the pork chops, turn the chops over and repeat for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Immediately remove the pork chops from the pan and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
