Brioche French Toast Recipe


We love love love breakfast and this Brioche French Toast recipe makes us wanna eat breakfast all over again! This delicious recipe was provided by Janki who used our Silicone Utensil Set for effortless cooking! The french toast is topped with whipped cream and that recipe is included too!

                      KITCHEN PRODUCTS USED

                    • 5 Piece Silicone Utensil Set

                    • INGREDIENTS

                      Serves 4

                      • 3 eggs
                      • 1/4 cup milk
                      • 1/2 tbsp sugar
                      • 1 tsp vanilla
                      • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
                      • 1 loaf of French brioche bread (thick 1 inch slices)

                      For Whipped Cream

                      • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
                      • 2 tbsp sugar
                      • 1 tsp vanilla


                          1. In a bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla. Pour mixture in a deep dish.
                          2. Soak each slice of bread in the mixture for 1 minute.
                          3. Heat up a pan on medium to high heat. Melt 1/2 inch of butter in the pan.
                          4. Carefully place a slice of bread on to the pan and cook until golden brown. Flip with Zulay Kitchen spatula and cook until the other side is golden brown as well.
                          5. Using a hand mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form.
                          6. Top with maple syrup and fresh berries, and whipped cream, or use your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
