Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 1-2 cups of blackberries
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup gluten-free, quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup of Wholesome Zero sweetener (or alternative sweetener if desired)
- 1 tbsp. Arrowroot flour
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup Coconut butter or alternative (softened)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350° F.

Coat an 8x8 glass pan with coconut oil.

Mix berries with Arrowroot flour and pour the mixture into the pan.

In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, oats, sweetener and salt. Then cut the butter into the mixture using our Dough Blender.

Pour the mixture over the berries in the pan. Top with cinnamon if desired.

Bake for 45 minutes until the berries bubble up through the crust and the top becomes golden brown.
