A recipe for Vegetables Fry Stir Chicken. This is a easy dish, but you can get protein, veggies in less than 20 minutes! * 6 ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into small pieces * 2 table spoons Soy Sauce * 1 table spoon cornstarch * 1 table spoon vegetable oil * 1 cup Broccoli cut into pieces * 1 large green bell pepper cut into square pieces * 1 zucchini / or carrot cut into pieces * 3 cloves garlic minced * 1/2 cup chicken broth * 6 inches green onion chopped Step 1: mix chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch Step 2: heat 1/2 table spoon vegetable oil over medium high, cook and stir chicken until meat no longer pink, put in a plate and clean the skillet. Step 3: heat 1/2 table spoon vegetable oil in high, cook and stir vegetables for 5 minutes, add in chicken, cook and stir for a couple of minutes, add chicken broth.
