#ad #sponsored ✨Weekend is for baking! 🍰 . . . . My husband and I like baking and we both love our kitchen. Thanks to @zulay_kitchen for letting us use their Acacia Wood Silicone Utensil Set. Checkout the recipe below. 🍰White Chocolate Mixed-Berry Cheesecake 🍰 [recipe] 🍓INGREDIENTS🍓 2 tablespoons sugar 1 (12 oz.) fresh raspberries and blueberries 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup butter, melted 2 cups white chocolate chips 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 tablespoon flour 3 room temperature eggs 1 tsp. vanilla . . . . INSTRUCTIONS Mix together graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. . . ✨Grease your 9 inch springform and press mixture into the bottom of it. . . . ✨ Make the mixed-berry sauce by combining blueberries and raspberries, 2 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch, and water in a medium saucepan. . . ✨Bring to boil, and continue boiling 5 minutes, or until sauce is thick. Make sure to strain sauce through a strainer to remove the seeds. . . . ✨ Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in a glass bowl, and stir every 30-60 seconds until smooth. Preheat oven in 325 degrees. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Blend in flour. Blend in eggs one at a time. Blend in vanilla and melted white chocolate. Pour half of batter over crust. Spoon 3 tablespoons mixed-berry sauce over batter. Pour remaining cheesecake batter into pan, and spoon 3 tablespoons mixed-berry sauce over the top. To create a marble effect, swirl batter with the tip of a knife. (the fun part!) . . . ✨Bake for an hour, or until filling is set. Cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 8 hours before removing from pan. . . . ✨Serve with remaining mixed-berry sauce. #blueberry #mixedberries #cheesecake #cake #zulaykitchen #cakesofinstagram #baking #slowliving #weekend #weekendvibes #sunday #saturday #lifestyle #food #foods #sweets #lifestyleblogger #slowlivingforlife #slowlivingblogger #colors #colorful #weekendmood #berries #berriesandcream
